How do I get started with Superworker?+
Create an account, upload a CSV or Excel file, and ask Superworker what you want to analyze. You can start with our free trial and upgrade when you need more usage.
What file formats are supported?+
We currently support CSV, XLSX, and XLS files for spreadsheet workflows. If a file fails to import, send it to us and we can help troubleshoot.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and access is scoped to your workspace. If you need help with deletion or retention questions, email us and we will assist.
How can I manage billing or upgrade plans?+
You can manage your plan from the billing area in the app. For invoices, procurement, or business plan questions, contact the support team directly.
How quickly can I expect a response?+
We review support inquiries throughout the day and usually reply within one business day.
